At Somariya, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

1. Return Window

We offer easy 7-day returns from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.

2. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued in the form of online store credit.

  • Store credit will have lifetime validity

  • It can be used anytime on www.somariya.com for future purchases

  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags and packaging must be intact

  • Custom-made, altered, or discounted products may not be eligible for return

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share your order number and reason for return

  • Our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit once verified.

6. Shipping Charges

  • In most cases, reverse pickup is available.

  • If not, you may need to self-ship the item to our address.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
